Step 1: cook the mushrooms.

Prepare the rolls immediately, cutting a little on top and taking out the flesh from the inside.
Finely chop the onion, and cut the mushrooms into slices.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the onion in it until transparent. Lightly salt and fry a total of about 2 minutesstirring.
