Boil potatoes in salted water until tender and mashed in mashed potatoes. If you have ready mashed potatoes it will be even faster))) To the mashed potatoes we add flour, egg, greens, salt, pepper, turmeric, chopped garlic, and mix until smooth.

We cut the cheese into 1x1 cm cubes. From the mashed potatoes we form a sausage and divide it into 12 pieces.

We take 1 slice, put 3-4 cubes of cheese on it and cover with a second slice on top, fix the edges, roll in flour or breadcrumbs and form tortillas.

Pour vegetable oil into the pan, heat well and fry the cakes on both sides until golden brown. We spread the cakes on parchment or paper towels.

We serve warm to the table with sour cream, while the cheese center is liquid))) Bon appetit)))
