Ingredients for the dough:

  3. salt (without slide) 1 tsp
  4. sugar 1 tsp
  5. egg 1 pc.
  6. melted butter 50 g
  7. dry yeast 7 g

Ingredients for the filling:

  2. champignons 100 gr
  3. bulb 1 medium
  4. salt to taste
  5. black pepper to taste
  6. cheese 100 g

1. Separately mix dry ingredients (yeast, salt, sugar, flour) and separately liquid (egg, butter, milk). Gradually adding flour, knead soft and plastic dough. Leave the dough to rest for 1-1.5 hours.

2. Chicken, mushrooms and onions cut into small cubes. Fry all the ingredients, I fry everything separately, and then combine. Grate the cheese.
3. Add chopped garlic, salt, pepper to taste, a little cheese (about 20 g) to the filling. Mix everything.

4. Divide the dough into 2 parts and roll out 2 circles with a diameter of 26-28 cm.
5. Sprinkle the first round of dough with cheese, not reaching 1 cm to the edge.
6. Put the filling in the center of the slide. Cover the top with a second sheet of dough. Fasten the edges of the dough. Press the dough around the filling.

7. Make incisions at a distance of 3-4 cm, reaching the slide with the filling.
8. Turn each formed petal up by pinching the bottom and sides of the petal. And spread the top a little.

9. Grease the pie with yolk, and sprinkle the middle with poppy seeds. 10. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 190 degrees until golden brown. 11. A detailed recipe can be seen in the video.
