Step 1: prepare the fish.

Rinse the trout, dry with paper towels and cut off the head. Save it for soup, putting it in the refrigerator.

Cut the fish into portioned slices, approximately 5 centimeters thick. Sprinkle with lemon juice, pepper and salt. Put in a greased baking sheet.
Put chopped onion and peeled and finely chopped tomato there. Add more salt, pepper and thyme.

Step 2: bake the fish and cook the salad.

Bake trout with onions and tomatoes in preheated before 180 degrees oven for 25 minutes.
In the meantime, prepare the fish, make a salad.
First mix olive oil, honey, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Then chop the arugula, finely chop the pepper, mix with the arugula and add the corn. Pour the previously prepared dressing.

Step 3: serve the baked trout in tomatoes.

Serve hot baked trout in tomatoes, always with a side dish of cereal or mashed potatoes, and with a freshly prepared salad. Delicious.
Enjoy your meal!
