For 4 mini burgers:

  1. Champignons medium 8 pcs.
  2. Onion 0.5 pcs.
  3. 0.5 pickled cucumber
  4. Cheese 20 gr.
  5. Chicken meat 100 gr
  6. Sesame 2 gr
  7. Soy sauce 3 tbsp
  8. Garlic 1 clove
  9. Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
  10. Sugar 2 pinches
  11. Pinch of salt
  12. Apple cider vinegar 1 tbsp
  13. Salad 1 sheet

For tartar sauce:

  1. Thick yogurt 1 tbsp
  2. 0.5 pickled cucumber
  3. Shredded dill 1 tbsp
  4. Salt to taste
  • Main ingredients: Chicken, Mushrooms

1. For the marinade, grate the garlic, mix it with soy sauce and vegetable oil. Marinate the fillet in 1 tbsp. spoon of the resulting marinade. In the rest of the marinade we will marinate the peeled mushroom caps. Leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes. If desired, and to taste the marinade can be added. Legs are not needed, they can be used in another recipe. 2. Cut the onion into thin rings and pickle it, adding vinegar, sugar, salt and 50 ml of boiling water. 3. So that our champignon mini burgers are in no way inferior to their traditional counterparts, you can also make a sauce. It may be homemade mayonnaise. I suggest making a light yogurt-based tartar sauce. Mix dill, finely chopped cucumber and yogurt, salt to taste. Let it brew for 10-15 minutes. 4. Lubricate mushrooms with vegetable oil, sprinkle half with sesame seeds, bake at 200 degrees for 10-12 minutes. 5. Fry the chicken fillet until cooked and cut into thin strips. Cut cucumber into thin rings and cheese into small slices. 6. We collect burgers: a little sauce, a lettuce, chicken, a drop of sauce, a slice of cheese, a ring of cucumber and onion on the lower bun-hat, cover with the top hat and you're done!
