rolling pin, Heart shape, plate, spoon, knife, baking dish
Cooking:
Step 1: prepare the dough.

Mix all the ingredients for the dough (except the dye) in a random order to get a homogeneous mass that does not stick to your hands. Divide the prepared dough into two parts and add dye in one half (add a little bit, achieving the desired color). It is most convenient to dilute the dye in a small amount of cold water, and then add it to the dough.
Step 2: prepare the filling.

Roll the unpainted piece of dough into a layer and put it on the bottom of the baking dish (cover the mold with baking parchment). Prick with a fork and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.

Cut the apples into medium sized cubes. Put apples on the dough, sprinkle with washed raisins and crushed nuts. Add vanilla sugar and cinnamon.
Step 3: decorate the charlotte.

Roll out the dough and cut it with the help of the "Heart" mold. With the resulting pink hearts, close the apple filling.
Step 4: bake Valentine's Charlotte.

Charlotte must be baked in preheated 180 degrees oven for 45-50 minutes.
Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool.
Step 5: serve the charlotte-valentine.

Charlotte Valentine looks great on the table! It creates the right mood and is very tasty at the same time.
Enjoy your meal!
