1. Boil the potatoes until cooked and knead until smooth, after draining all the water. Leave to cool until warm.
2. Fry mushrooms and onions, salt to taste.
3. Knead the potato dough: add vegetable oil and flour to the potatoes. Knead well.
4. The table is lined with cling film and spread the potato dough in the form of a rectangle. We spread a layer of mushrooms on the dough layer and wrap the roll.
5. We cut the roll into pieces and place them vertically in a greased form.
6. Prepare the fill: mix sugar, tomato paste, Provencal herbs and water.
7. Pour potato rolls with cooked tomato sauce.
8. Send to the oven 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
9. Sprinkle the finished dish with fresh dill.
