Step 1.

Separate the yolks of two eggs from the proteins. Beat 3 chicken eggs and 2 yolks to a cool foam.

Step 2

In 300 g flour add beaten eggs, salt, soda, lemon juice and knead the dough thoroughly, it should be uniform and smooth.

Step 3

Leave the dough for 30 minutes.

Step 4

Cut the dough into 4 parts, roll out each piece 2-3 mm thick and cut into small strips. Roll all the strips in flour. Before frying the strips, put them in a colander and shake off excess flour from them.

Step 5

Heat vegetable oil and fry the strips in several portions until golden brown, about 1-2 minutes, constantly turning.

Step 6

Melt honey in a pan and add granulated sugar, melt for 2 minutes until smooth, stirring constantly.

Step 7

Pour honey syrup into slices of fried dough and mix gently.

Step 8

With wet hands, lay the strips on a plate and form a pyramid. Put in a cold place for 1 hour.
