Cooking:
Step 1 - Potato and cottage cheese.

Jacketed potatoes, peeled and mashed. Add 1 egg to the curd and beat with a blender into a homogeneous mass. Combine mashed potatoes and cottage cheese with an egg in a bowl, add salt, flour and mix.
Step 2 - Dough.

Roll out the dough into a layer about 1 cm thick on a powdery surface. Roll out on a well-dusted surface, otherwise the dough will stick. The knife can be sprinkled with flour and trim the edges of the cake. Cut the tortilla into triangles with a knife sprinkled with flour. By the way, chopped greens can be added to the dough, if you like.
Step 3 - Fry.

Dip each triangle into flour. Shake off excess flour. Fry the blanks on both sides in a pan with vegetable oil. Such cakes can be prepared in a dry pan, and then greased with butter or baked in the oven for 20-25 minutes, but in a pan with vegetable oil, the cakes are the most delicious.
Step 4 - Done!

Remove the cakes on paper towels to absorb excess oil. Enjoy your meal!
