  1. Soy sauce 300 ml
  2. Dry white wine 300 ml
  3. Brown sugar 300 g
  4. Garlic 30 g
  5. Ginger 30 g

Step 1.

Combine soy sauce, wine, sugar, ginger and garlic.

Step 2

Bring to a boil and cook for about 50 minutes over medium heat until slightly thickened, the volume of sauce will decrease by about half

Step 3

Strain the sauce and cool.
