Ingredients
- Young cabbage 2 pcs.
- Stuffing 500 g
- Onion 1 pc.
- 1 carrot
- Canned tomatoes optional
- Tomato paste 1 tbsp
- Sour cream 3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Paprika to taste
- Chile to taste
- Vegetable oil to taste
- Fresh dill to taste
- Potatoes for serving

Cooking:
Step 1: prepare the vegetables.

Cut the cabbage in half, send to a pot of boiling water and boil for 10 minutes. Then drain the water and cut the cabbage into small cubes.
Cut the carrots into circles.
Cut the onion into small cubes.
Peel the potatoes and send them to boil separately in salted water until cooked whole.
Mix carrots with cabbage, salt, mix and leave on 30 minutes.
Cut canned tomatoes.
Step 2: stew meat and vegetables.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan and fry the onions in it. When the onions become clear, add the minced meat.

When the minced meat changes color, add vegetables, chopped canned tomatoes, tomato paste, salt, pepper, chili and paprika. Stir, cover and simmer for 20-30 minutes.
Add sour cream, mix and serve hot.
Step 3: serve the young cabbage stew.

Serve hot cabbage stew, put chopped boiled potatoes nearby, sprinkle everything with fresh dill.
