  1. Goose breast with skin 1 pc.
  2. Parsley small bunch
  3. Garlic 3 cloves
  4. Marjoram 1 tsp
  5. Oregano 0.5 tsp
  6. Thyme 0.5 tsp
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Pepper to taste
  9. Hot pepper to taste
  10. Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp

Step 1: prepare the spices.

Finely chop the parsley, pass the garlic through the garlic ginger, or grate.
Mix dry herbs, salt, pepper and hot pepper with vegetable oil and mix.

Step 2: pickle a goose breast.
