A great sauce, which accompanies the fish grill very well ... and makes you lick your fingers ,,, yes yes .... personal recipe.

  • 175 ml milk
  • 100 gr butter
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 6 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon full of mustard
  • pepper
  • a powder salt to taste
  • juice from half a lemon

Servings: 8

Preparation time: less than 30 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION White fish sauce:

Mix the flour in a bowl with 25 ml of milk and then add the cream.

Melt the butter in a pan, add the ginger, then the mustard ... then spoon by spoon the cream composition, salt, pepper, and let it boil for 5 minutes. Add the lemon juice and leave for another five minutes. Then pour the milk, mixing well to thin the sauce. Leave for another two or three minutes and turn off the heat. We serve it as desired. It has a pleasant color and a very aromatic taste.
