The cake taken from Anamaria7 and with my fruits ..... hers were peaches ...
- 4 bananas about 520 g
- 225 g sugar
- 2 sachets of vanilla sugar
- 200 ml oil
- 1 vanilla essence
- 200 ml Inedit soy drink (the original recipe was soy milk or water)
- 1 baking powder
- 450 g flour
- blackberries, cherries, red currants about 400 g
Preparation time: less than 90 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Fruit cake:
Pass the bananas until they become a puree, add the sugar, mayonnaise-like oil, soy drink and vanilla essence. Then the flour mixed with the baking powder. Pour the composition into the tray (40/26), place the fruit on top and give in the oven at 180 degrees, it is ready when it passes the toothpick test. It can be cut cold, it can be powdered with sugar if the fruits are more sour.
I used baking powder with saffron
after I put the fruit I sprinkled brown sugar
bananas to be as ripe as possible
