In my family, this recipe for duck cooking has been tested for a decade! From feast to feast, the duck cooked according to this recipe conquers the hearts of my guests. It turns out to be very juicy, fragrant, with a golden crust on the outside and attracts attention, causing an appetite for its appearance.

Cooking a juicy DUCK baked WITH ORANGE on the New Year's table 2018:

Cooking steps:

1. Prepare the spices for the duck: pour salt and pepper into the container, squeeze the garlic through a garlic squeezer and remove the zest from one orange on a fine grater, mix.

2. Squeeze the juice from the orange.

3. We wash the duck and dry it outside and inside.

4. We rub the duck with the cooked spices inside and out, after making small punctures in the skin.

5. Tightly wrap the duck in a bag and leave to marinate for 4 hours.

6. We stuff the duck with oranges and a stick of cinnamon. Fasten with toothpicks.

7. Put the duck in the mold, add the juice of orange and water from a ratio of 1: 1.

8. Close the duck tightly with foil and send it to the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees for 40 minutes.

9. We remove the duck from the oven, remove the foil, grease the duck with the allocated juice, put the foil on the legs and send it back to the oven already at a temperature of 200-220 degrees for 1.5 hours.

10. Periodically water the duck with the allocated juice.

11. Decorate the finished duck with oranges, herbs and pomegranate seeds.
