RECIPE PREPARATION "Scraped" cake:
The sugar is mixed with the eggs, until it becomes a light cream. Add the oil and quenched ammonia. Homogenize. Over the resulting mixture, put the flour (until you get a hard dough). Divide the dough into 2 equal balls. Wallpaper a tray with oil and flour or baking paper. Using a grater, scrape the first ball of dough, relatively evenly in the pan. Put the jam over the dough and level it well, with a spatula. Scrape the second ball over the jam. Bake the cake on the right heat for 35-40 minutes. Let cool and portion.
How to make chestnut cake:
Prepare the pudding with the milk and leave it to cool. Meanwhile, froth the butter with the sugar. At the end, add the cooled pudding. It is important to be completely cooled, otherwise the cream will not be frothy, because the butter will melt. If we are in a hurry, it is better to put the cold pudding on the balcony or in cold water.
Mix the ingredients for the countertop: thawed chestnut puree, chopped biscuits or oatmeal, rum essence, powdered sugar with milk added gradually. Don't be too soft, because it will be the base of the cake. Press this homogeneous dough by hand into a tray or cake tin.
Spread half of the cream evenly on the counter.
On the pudding cream, place the biscuits soaked for a moment in the milk with rum essence, tightly tied. Let's not keep them in milk for long because they become flaccid. We use hard biscuits, and we soften them only on one side.
Follow the other side of the pudding cream.
A flat tray can be used instead of a deep tray. In this case we can make a fence of approx. 100-200 g of biscuits cut in half and soaked in milk (with the softened part inwards to stick to the cream). If they are not, they can be tied around with a wide ribbon with a bow as in this picture. They were good to me now. In the curve I rounded the corners of the counter a little with a knife.
Next, whipped cream, sweetened to taste (indicative: a tablespoon of sugar to 200 ml of unsweetened liquid cream is usually enough), which we spread with a wide knife or a spatula over the pudding cream.
We can decorate the cake with cocoa powder, dark chocolate or grated housewife or whatever we have at home. Keep in the fridge for a few hours or overnight to bind the cake.

Cake with jam and grated dough - fasting

- 600 g flour
- a packet of margarine (250 g)
- 100 g old powder
- 150 ml of borscht or 150 ml of mineral water + 1 tablespoon of vinegar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda or baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- a pinch of salt
- 2 small jars with plum jam (370 g jar) or any jam you have
- 125 g walnut kernels (one cup)
Method of preparation:
Sift the flour into a bowl. If we use baking powder, we put it on it and mix it with flour. Grate the margarine over the flour (at room temperature) or cut it into cubes. Add sugar and salt, then mix well until the flour is incorporated into the margarine.
We start to knead by gradually adding the borscht. Put the essence and the baking soda in a teaspoon of vinegar. The dough should not be kneaded much, we will knead it just enough to gather in a ball. If necessary, we can add 1-2 tablespoons of flour. We have to come up with a suitable hard dough. When it is ready, break a quarter of the dough, wrap it in cling film and put it in the freezer. Chop the walnut with a knife and mix it with the jam.
The remaining piece of dough (the big one) we spread it with the rolling pin directly on the baking paper and we transfer it completely in a tray (22 x 32 cm, it works a little bigger). Spread the jam mixed with walnuts over it. Remove the piece of dough from the freezer and grate it over the jam. Put the cake pan in the preheated oven over medium heat (170-180 ° C) for about 45-50 minutes or until the cake is lightly browned on top. When it is ready, let the cake cool in the pan, then take it out and portion it. DE-LI-CIU!

Pour the chocolate cream over the cooled crust, cover with plastic wrap and leave in the fridge for at least 4 hours (it is best overnight).
For the topping, beat the liquid cream with the mixer, add the whipped cream on top of the cream and garnish with grated chocolate or decorations of your choice.
