The butter at room temperature is cut into cubes, put in the food processor together with the sugar, vanilla essence and mix well.

Gradually add the yolks and sour cream.

In a bowl we put 500 gr of flour, we mix with the envelope of yeast and with a spoon we gradually put in the bowl in which we mix the composition, we also add the milk gradually.

The flour is added as much as it contains, so that the dough is not soft.

Mix well and leave to rise in a warm place for about 1:30 h.

Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces, spread the sheets, grease with chocolate cream and sprinkle with coconut.

Knead 2 rolls of stuffed dough.

Put them in trays lined with baking paper, put them in the oven for about 30-40 minutes, at 180 degrees C, depending on each oven.
